Step 1

Understand the overall business strategy

The first thing we have to do is get an understanding of what you do and what result you give to your clients.  How are you reaching your clients currently?

During this process some of the questions asked would be:


  1. Who is your target audience(s)?
  2. What are your messaging objectives?
  3. What are the values and mission of the brand?
  4. What are the brand’s products or service offering?
  5. What has the action plan been up till now?

Step 2


We create personas to represent the ideal customer or customers of the business.  These are to help during strategy because we can invision our ideal client when creating ideas. As we create the personas we give them names and faces and find common patterns of purchasing behaviors to find which is the most profitable.  The goal is to understand the motivations of that customer and use it to create marketing campaigns that attract that type of customer.

Personas answer the following questions:

  • How old are they?
  • What nationality are they?
  • Where do they live?
  • Are they male or female or both?
  • Are they married or single?
  • Where do they shop?
  • What problem do they need solved?
  • What is their occupation?
  • What motivates them to buy?
  • Who influences them?
  • What brands do they like?

    What makes you unique?

    This question creates a lot of anxiety for many therapists and business owners when marketing their business…but knowing the answer can make the decision to work with you easy for your client. Clients want to work with people they know, like, and trust.  Knowing you unique point of view and vision is powerful when making decisions on what to write and storytelling on your website and on all your social media channels.  This will be used throughout the process to develop a brand personality for the business that will be included in the voice, messaging, and brand elements

      If the struggle is real for you when asked this question, you are not alone.  Many have a hard time coming up with an answer.  We help our customers to determine this information by analyzing their competition and doing comparisons, asking questions and finding out their individual process. Sometimes this analysis shows gaps…things that their competition aren’t doing that they can adopt as a new service that will be relevant and helpful to potential clients.

    Brand Identity design

    Many people feel that brand identity is only about a logo. Although your logo is an important part of your brand identity it is not the only element. After doing research and competitor analysis we’ll work with you to choose a set of colors that represent the feeling of your brand’s identity while also facilitating harmonious designs.  Colors are associated with emotions and can trigger meaning within a customer. We combine appropriate colors with elements and your message to develop a strategy for how your potential customers will remember and interact with your brand.  Each element needs to make a great first impression for potential customers of your business, and we take meticulous care to design a brand guidelines that appeal and attract your ideal customer. A complete brand identity provides a solid foundation for presenting your business to the world.

        Integrate your brand throughout your business

        Your new logo, brand colors, and messaging should be added to all touch points of your customer. Your business cards, website, advertisments, packaging and products, should all have your logo on it. We also recommend professional photography to show you and your business looking their best, and we handle every step, from setting up the shoot with image styling and makeup artist, if appropriate, to delivering impeccably edited images that you can use anywhere.

        All digital channels should have a consistent look and feel.  We will create a brand style guide that tells you how each element should be used for all scenarios so that you maintain consistency.

        With a solid, consistent design established for your brand, we’ll be prepared to create a unique, beautiful, and memorable brand with elements such as a website, brand commercial, media kit, etc. The elements will showcase your product or services and convert potential customers into paying customers.
